I really do hope that liking the majority of people here is not a requirement of graduation.

Because you are a very difficult group to like. You complain and insult for little to no reason. You threaten and murder - or are hypocrital by threatening and then not following through. Cowardly, I will add to that in those cases. You ignore some things that may be of importance yet jump all over certain other things that essentially should be ignored.

I am speaking about both inmates and wardens here. The vast majority, anyhow - not every single one of you. There are a few exceptions but they are very few.

It is not surprising that there are very few graduations, considering most inmates have no wish to and so do not even attempt to be better people and most of the wardens do not care less about those in their care. An occasional punishment once your inmate has slaughtered multiple people is hardly keeping a decent watch on the situation.

I am honestly tired of the pettiness displayed here. I can understand inmates being stubborn and thinking they are right all the time but wardens should set better examples and do what they are here to do. Or they should leave.

Most of you are bringing about your own misery.

And truly, if you do wish to remain here then you could at least stop complaining.

I communicated with him briefly when I first arrived, and he has admirable dedication to the role.

He is quite a nice, young man. You will find, though, that the majority here are not quite so dedicated to their roles. Then they complain that they're here - so you would think they would simply depart, but yet they stay.

Could it be possible that they have simply forgot why they came in their frustration with dealing with prisoners that do not wish for assistance. Frustration, I have noted, is a condition that clouds judgement more than I would like and can be a considerable liability.

I think it is more that they just do not really care about anyone but themselves.
