This is very peculiar indeed... Some kind of Muggle communications device, perhaps?

Can anyone hear me? If you can then maybe you are the ones who brought me here and I demand you return me at once! I do not know what kind of game you are playing but when I find you, you will certainly know you are dealing with no ordinary wizard.

[He taps on the screen then laughs - the sound strangely bright given the circumstances.]

I feel like I am talking to myself...

[He looks up and around himself. Behind him the Dissimulo church can be seen and probably some Christmas decorations too. His eyes turn to the screen again.]

Some sort of device. Small and somehow extremely well...advanced. [His brows furrow.] I am not sure exactly of how it works.

...I haven't heard of wizards actually having abilities to suppress. I thought you heavily relied on grimoires and herbal use. [Clearly there is a difference between the witches and wizards of his world and of yours.]

Books can be useful and herbs can be used in potions but my magic is natural.

[He sets the communicator down and stands back so he can be seen fully. Pulling out what looks like a torn off branch, he waves it and--- then he frowns, repeating the gesture. Nothing happens.]

..... [ Castiel blinks, giving the said 'wizard' a dubious, and subtly amused look.]

[ He's a blunt one. A sigh.] It's the chip. While you have it in, you're only human. Cut off from all abilities. [ He didn't sound happy about the fact at all. After all, he WAS an angel before he got to this place...]
