So if time was normal here I would be 116 today, June 13th.

I know it's not voluntary but I'm quitting my 'job' at the library. I'm simply not turning up anymore. It's not as if I can be punished any further by my refusal to work. I'm tired of playing nice and not getting anywhere for it. I feel so useless here and it's not a feeling I'm enjoying.

Do you ever get the nagging feeling that all you're doing here is biding your time, waiting? That no matter what your plans are they will be constantly thwarted and nothing will come of them?

I'm not meaning that nothing happens here as we're all constantly caught up in mysterious events and there is often violence but do you feel your own progress is stalled? Whether you are an inmate or a warden...

Relying on other people was never something I was good at.

I will be in the library for most of the day if anyone wishes to see me.
